With fewer students in each class, I can better tailor the practice to your individual needs, offering modifications, guidance, and adjustments that support your unique body and goals. This more intimate setting also creates a calm, focused environment, allowing you to deepen your practice and connect more fully - both with the movements and breathwork and yourself.
