Whether you're navigating pelvic discomfort, recovering postpartum, managing back or hip tension, or simply wanting to feel better in your body — I meet you exactly where you are.

As a specialized yoga teacher focused on pelvic health, I design thoughtful, personalized sessions that support stability, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Yoga that works with your body, not against it.

You don't need to "be good at yoga" to benefit from it. Together, we build strength and ease in a way that supports your physical health, mental well-being, and helps you feel calmer and more at home in yourself.
