That’s exactly why I offer private 1:1 sessions.

When we work together, everything is tailored to you. Your pace. Your energy. Your comfort level. Your goals. Some days that might look like gentle pelvic floor support and deep breathing. Other days it might be intentional strength-building, mobility work, or practices that help you unwind enough to finally get a decent night’s sleep.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to know any Sanskrit words.
You don’t even need to have done yoga before.

You just need to show up as you are.

I work with people who:

  • Are navigating pelvic health challenges

  • Feel anxious, stressed, or constantly “on”

  • Struggle with sleep

  • Feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed in class settings

  • Want to create a practice they can actually stick to

  • Simply need intentional time in their day to reset and feel supported

This is a space where nothing is performative. There’s no keeping up. No mirrors. No pressure. Just thoughtful movement, nervous system support, and a chance to breathe without anyone else watching.
