Virtual Classes

My virtual yoga classes - whether in small groups or one-on-one - are designed to fit your life.

You can practice from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you are), without the hassle of commuting, sitting in traffic, or looking for parking. It’s also a beautiful option if you don’t want to be in a room full of people but still appreciate the sense of connection and shared energy that practising online can offer. You get the guidance and support - without the overwhelm.

Virtual is especially good if you prefer to move in silence, love flowing to your own playlist, want to wear your coziest clothes, or need to stay close to home to keep an eye on the kids (feel free to let them wander in or join us - I promise I won’t mind 😉).

Because we’re not factoring in travel time or studio schedules, it’s often much easier to keep your practice consistent, even when life gets busy, work runs long, or your calendar feels full. We simply find a time that works and make it happen.

And if you’re traveling - whether on vacation or away for work - you can stay consistent with your practice without missing a beat.

Virtual yoga gives you flexibility and ease, so your practice can truly be yours - on your terms, in your space, at your pace.
