My work extends beyond classes and private sessions into professional training, community, and meaningful collaborations that continue to shape how I teach and support others.
Whether you are a yoga teacher ready to deepen your craft, a community member moved to give back, or a changemaker seeking a values-aligned partner - there is a place for you here.
Mentorship-led cohorts that help yoga teachers move from isolated practice to confident, community-rooted teaching.
A beloved annual event hosted by ALS Double Play where yoga becomes a vehicle for generosity - uniting the community for a cause that matters.
Partnerships with event organizers, yoga teacher training schools, and community leaders who share a vision for meaningful impact.
Teaching yoga is one thing. Teaching yoga teachers is something altogether different - and deeply fulfilling.
In my training cohorts, I work closely with aspiring and practicing yoga teachers in a way that is trauma-informed, accessible, and genuinely supportive. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out - where curiosity is welcomed, individuality is encouraged, and your lived experience is valued as part of your teaching.
My intention is always to create an environment where you feel safe to learn, supported as you grow, and connected to something larger than yourself.
Trainees are guided through real teaching experiences, receive thoughtful feedback, and become part of a community that continues to support one another well beyond the training itself. Cohorts are intentionally kept small to allow for care, attention, and meaningful connection.
I am honoured to be teaching at Canmore Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School.
Once a year, the mat becomes a stage for something bigger than any one of us.
I am proud to teach at Exhale for Hope, the annual charity yoga event hosted by ALS Double Play — a beloved event where the practice of yoga directly supports the fight against ALS. It is a celebration of generosity, resilience, and the power of showing up together for a cause that truly matters.
Each year the event grows in reach and heart — drawing community members and those personally affected by ALS, who want their practice to mean something beyond the mat.

Alongside my teaching and training work, I collaborate with organizations, studios, and practitioners on workshops, events, trainings, and community-based projects. I’m especially drawn to spaces that are rooted in care, accessibility, and a trauma-informed approach - where movement and education are offered in a way that feels inclusive, thoughtful, and human.
My collaborative work often weaves together yoga, pelvic health, and embodied education. I’m always open to contributing to projects that prioritize meaningful connection, lived experience, and supportive learning environments.
In addition to my teaching and facilitation work, I am honoured to have contributed to the textbook Decolonizing Health, Healing, and Care: Embodying Culturally Responsive and Socially Just Counselling (1st Edition), which reflects my ongoing commitment to socially conscious, accessible, and reflective approaches to health and wellbeing.
If you’re interested in collaborating on a workshop, event, training, or community offering, I’d love to connect.
Whether you are applying for the next training cohort, curious about a charity event, or exploring a collaboration - the best first step is a conversation. Reach out and let's see what we can build together.
